I picture in my mind what I want to accomplish in the coming week. What are the major tasks I have that I need to accomplish for the business? Who do I need to call? What projects do I need to follow up with?
On a personal front, I also think about pockets of possible "me-time" during the week. I have a habit of blocking such "me-time" in my Google Calendar. I make it a point that they are blocked as "busy" so that others cannot fill them with meetings. Such moments are important for me to breathe, regain my stamina and remember to recompose.
