Successful negotiations involve the element of exchanging valuable resources for another. It is arriving at points of understanding, trust and fair exchanges that allow both parties to achieve satisfactory outcome.
This workshop is interactive and put participants in role-play to negotiating possible exchanges. Borrowing from the B.A.T.N.A. strategy as well as influence strategies, the participants will learn to establish negotiable positions and win-win strategies, at the same time learning to be assertive and influential communicators, by understanding the DiSC profiles of themselves and others.
* A personal report of the D.I.S.C profile assessment will be given to each participant.
